Kimchi Fried Ramen

Kimchi Fried Ramen
Quick, tasty, and full of flavor!

Serves: 5-6
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 packs of Sapporo Ichiban Tonkotsu
  • 2 soup packets
  • ½ lbs thinly sliced pork
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bag bean sprouts
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for topping
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

In a large pan, add sesame oil and heat the pan over medium heat. Add pork, salt and pepper and cook till the meat starts to turn brown. Add soup packets, onions, and bean sprouts and cook till they soften. Add kimchi and mix everything together.

Once the water starts to boil, add the noodles in the pot and cook til the noodles start to come apart (about 2 minutes).

Drain the noodles and add them in the pan. Mix all the ingredients together and let it cook for about 1 minute.

STEP

Transfer the noodles onto a plate and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Ready to serve!
