Ramen Mazesoba
Hearty Mazesoba for the Fam

Ingredients
- Sapporo Ichiban Original Noodles x 5
- 5 eggs
- 1lb ground pork
- 3 persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks of green onions, chopped
- 3 sheets of nori seaweed, sliced
- 2 Sapporo Ichiban Original soup packets
- 2 tsps of chili bean sauce (tobanjan) or sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Directions
Fill a medium pot/saucepan with water (about 6 cups) and boil over medium heat.
Once the water starts boiling, remove the pot from heat, add 1 cup of water and add refrigerated eggs.
Let the eggs sit for about 17 – 18 minutes.
In a medium pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add ground pork,
1 soup packet, and chili bean sauce and cook till it’s done. Set it aside.
Fill a large pot with water and boil over medium heat.
Once it starts to boil, add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Make sure to untangle the noodles.
Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and transfer them into a large bowl.
Add 2 soup packets to the bowl and mix it with noodles.
Time to assemble! Spread the noodles into a large plate. Add the pork, sliced cucumbers, green onions, and seaweed.
Crack the eggs on top. Ready to serve!
