Cheese Corn Ramen

Ingredients
- 5 packs Sapporo Ichiban Tonkotsu Flavor Ramen
- 1 cup reserved cooking water
- 5 packs ramen seasoning
- 2 cup yellow corn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon cane sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 heaping cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- green onion, for garnish
Directions
STEP
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 1.5 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup of water.

In a medium bowl, whisk together ramen seasoning, cane sugar, heavy cream, mayonnaise and reserved cooking water.
STEP
In a cast iron pan, melt the butter and add the corn, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
STEP
Add the cooked noodles, pour in liquid mixture and mix to combine.
STEP
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Broil on high for a few minutes until golden brown.
STEP
Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
